Delivery information for Flat Cats

Flat Cats are delivered by Royal Mail postal services. You have a choice at checkout:

Royal Mail - Tracked 48 (2-3 days) - Free
Royal Mail - Tracked 24 (1-2 days) - +£3.50
International Tracked (For all orders outside the UK and Channel Islands) +£14
All prices include VAT.

You will receive an email advising you that your Flat Cats order has been shipped along with tracking information.

Shipping Schedule:

This schedule may vary during the year depending on demand, but times stated below are updated regularly and should be MAXIMUM times that you would expect to wait.

Please note that lead times are longer than usual currently due to the exceptional current levels of demand - 10th July 2026

Custom Flat Cats - Currently posting orders out in 14 working days (updated 1/08/2026) .
Custom Door screens with Zips - Currently posting orders out in 22 working days (updated 01/08/2026)

VAT on your purchase.

We are delighted to advise that if you live in one of the countries listed below that you will pay VAT at the correct rate for your home country when you make your purchase. This will mean that you have no further shipping or duty fees to pay on arrival. For any country NOT listed below purchases will be made without VAT being charged and you may have to pay duty and/or handling fees on arrival.

Countries where VAT is included are - United Kingdom, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain and The Netherlands. Purchases for the USA will be charged a 10% tariff in line with current US regulations.

You can make your purchase from any country. Flat Cats ship worldwide including USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Hi Dominic, We would just like to thank you for providing us with the Flat Cats for our double conservatory door. They arrived this week and they are fantastic!! Our cats seem more content as they have fresh air. As you know this is the second time we have purchased your Flat Cats. Our two old 17 year old cats love them and it has really helped cool the hot conservatory. The first time was at a previous address about 9 years ago. They are very easy to fit and install.
